- Contractor Registration Form
- A copy of your general liability insurance with Adams County Building Safety as teh certificate holder
- A copy of a current license from another jurisdiction OR a copy of your State & Masters License (plumbing and electrical)
- A copy of a driver's license of an authorized person from the company or Master License holder
The inspection request cut-off time is 8:00a.m. the day before the anticipated inspection date. Please keep in mind, due to variations in inspection demands, inspections will automatically be scheduled for the next available date.
In the event County offices close due to inclement weather, inspections schedule for that day will automatically be cancelled. The inspection requestor will be required to reschedule the inspection for the next available day. Inspections will NOT automatically roll over to the next business day.
